Our Mission:

To facilitate personal growth, healing and recovery for people impacted by trauma, grief, stress and addiction through adventure, inner reflection and companionship.

Currently, addiction, mental illness, and neurodiversity are rising in America. AIR believes that wilderness immersion provides a therapeutic detachment, or intentional restart, from the pressure of every-day-life. By entering wild space, humans regain their connection to the cycles of nature and self.

On an average day, our experienced guides lead participants through an introduction to mindfulness practices, backpacking instruction, hiking, and cold water immersion; not to mention good conversation, spectacular views, and stories to take home.
